Welcome to Mind Full of Art my name is Lisa and I am a therapeutic
art specialist.
I offered a targeted programme of support for children who are struggling
with anxiety, self-regulation and low self-esteem.
The programme is available to children aged 7 to 16 and delivers a unique
combination of therapeutic art, counselling, mindfulness, breath work, yoga
stretch techniques and vision boards, designed to support and improve mental
health.
All programmes of work are client led and can be delivered at home or in
educational settings and are designed to build resilience, increase self esteem and learn new coping strategies in response to life's ups and downs.

Lisa helped me when I felt stressed and anxious.
I felt unable to go to school, now. I know how to cope
Since Lockdown figures show 1:3 children suffer with anxiety and 1:5 with depression
Pupils can be withdrawn from lessons on a short-term basis and do work on emotional regulation, to build their resilience and alleviate anxiety about attending school.
It helps me to focus on positive things. I have learnt ways to relax and calm down when I feel worried. Now I can stay on task.
